A combination between Barcharts and linecharts - shows different categories as barcharts with a rough upper edge representing a linechart of the changes between different years

The data below shows the main categories of the Frontex budget from 2011 to 2013 - note the sharp drop in operational costs. Still it remains the biggest budget category
